Dear o2, I am regularly being scammed into paying 60p a time for calls I’m not making. This occurs because a notification appears on my screen to say I’ve missed a call. (An 08. … number) I click on it and it automatically calls it without giving me a choice - charging me 60p a time.I’m sure you are already aware of this scam. I have already complained but had no response. This is well within your control to sort out. I’m blocking each new number which tries this and trying to avoid clicking on notifications. But this defeats the point of having notifications. Please sort this out. I’m thinking perhaps this is one for Martin Lewis to sort out. Thank you much appreciated.

@Dc5

You need to swipe the notification away, not click on it.

O2 can't work your phone for you - you need to learn how to do that.
