Request for PUK Code

Hello and having decided to keep my mobile and move to GiffGaff yes that one, I made two attempts to get a working PUK code one of 30 mins and one of 17mins. Did I get a code yes did it work no so I have taken the transcripts and complained to your regulator many thanks for wasting my time [Removed] now swapped with new sim and new number

Also which regulator and what do you expect them to do?

If you asked for a puk then it wouldn't work. Ask for your pac and give it to giffgaff.. Simple.

To be honest this is why I deleted my first post. I wasn't sure whether the OP wanted a PUK or a PAC....
