Pay as you go - no free texts

I'm on a pay as you go tarriff; two days ago I topped up £15 to get my usual 500 free texts for this month, but I'm being charged for each text. Any ideas why?

here few thing 

1. you maybe use it this month you have 2  wait next month 

2. it maybe it is your first top-up so i think you need call o2 customer service up ask they why you not get your free text, it look like a error

Its probably best that you call customer services and discuss it with them. Has the credit definitley applied to your account?
