On hold for 15 mins then cut off AGAIN!!!! 😤

Paid out of my old contract, still with O2. They have completely messed up my payments. Emails asking for payments etc. All paid up fully after numerous calls and now cut off data and outgoing calls and still asking for payment....Absolute joke!! Making me hate this company.

Now phone lines are too busy and live chat is not available. So not only possibly effecting my credit with so called 'missed payments' but this is also a huge inconvience to me not having a phone to make necessary calls.

O2 will need to compensate for this! Not good enough.

The only way to sort this is to speak to customer service. Please don't use live chat as you will just have further problems. Call early morning is the best vtime.

It's not always convenient to ring first thing in the morning but from experience I advise about 8.30am. Personally I have never had a problem getting through at that time. As they have messed up your account probably best to avoid live chat.....
