Network poor in SW4 Clapham

Anonymous
Not applicable
Please O2 do us a favour and firstly admit there's a network coverage issue in SW4 London and then fix it.

The coverage has gone from gradually poor (increasingly no 3G) in the past to now close to zero coverage in many parts of Clapham (SW4).

Your customer service call centres are sympathetic however no scripted on how to deal with such an issue.

Yes, the answer may be to change providers but can't hurt to let you know.

Many thanks

then move networks......

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks.
Coverage checker shows the area is all 3G covered and fine. Reality for me and others is totally the opposite.

Clean the sim? As in data wipe? With a cloth? (i'm clearly an amateur here)

Yes just wipe it with a dry cloth then reboot the phone. Sometimes the sim can become dislodged or a little dust on contacts.
