Faulty display on a Galaxy S7 edge

Anonymous

How do i go about getting my S7 repaired? It's less than a year old. My local O2 shop says they can't help cause I bought it from O2 Web site! There's no option I can find on the Web site for repare help. Very frustrating.

You can take it in store but to be brutally honest you will be better dealing directly with Samsung. Anovo who are o2s repairers have a habit of putting it down to water damage and wanting a disproportionate number of pounds to fix it.

Samsung will arrange collection and delivery to your home address.

I would avoid O2. You have a 2 year warranty on the phone so contact Samsung directly

Seeing as how the S7 Edge is meant to be water resistant, I'd be curious to see how many Anovo have said are 'water damaged'.Surprised

@Anonymous Contact Samsung as suggested, and send it directly back to them.

I've no doubt that they have. Anovo are not a repair company that I'd like to deal with. The OP's phone is still under warranty, so they shouldn't have a problem dealing direct with Samsung, although they might be a little pushed at the moment.
