It says the signal is good but it really is bad here, I'm paying for sub-standard reception.

@daisydo As shown above in @adamtemp64's post, O2 are aware of the situation. Cold comfort if you're not getting a signal, but it is obviously being addressed. What O2 won't do is tell you when, as different circumstances affect every mast problem. Hope you get your signal back soon.
