I placed an order to upgrade. I arranged store collection took everything required. Extremely rude and hostile female refused to provide the order.

I have been an O2 customer for many many years. In 2012 when I got married I went into the edinburgh gyle store with my marriage certificate to change details, this was never done correctly.

Due to this I have since provided these each time I have changed phone yet O2 are unable to change the details.

Fast forward to today, same situation girl won't accept rolls her eyes and says well your not getting it. If  O2  cannot change my details ot as you gave done several times since 2012 accepted all my paperwork as prrof I will need to raise and escalate a complaint and ultimately revoke from being a customer.

Crystal.

And if that was your attitude in store, I'm not surprised you got fobbed off.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact them directly.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG) and I suggest some manners.
