Solved: Can picture messages be lost?

I was sent a picture but never received it - I have all the correct settings and normally get messages through (and have done since). Do pictures sent via MMS sometimes just get lost?

Yes, they time out after 7 days, so if not received by then (for whatever reason) they are gone unless resent.

If you eventually get the text as you can view it online.

I'd suggest you text ACTIVE to 2020. Save the settings and re boot your phone.

If no joy phone O2 to have your account re provisioned for mms

Then ask the person to send it again.

You also need your internet mobile data turned on with O2 to receive and send mms
