Just seen this or your postcode.

Live results for London, England, TW12 1NG

Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working

This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails in this area.
Updated 16:00 (refreshed hourly). Recent faults might not show yet.

Normal coverage for Voice, text and email (2G)
Making calls, sending texts, using email on your phone.
Good indoors and outdoors.

Normal coverage for Mobile internet and voice (3G)
Fast networking. For smartphones, dongles and tablets.

Unfortunately O2 don't give out real time repair updates so keep checking it.

O2 have been known to give a goodwill gesture for loss of service so keep a record and ring O2 when the masts are back to normal.

Hi

Can you download the Mynetwork app and report the masts to O2

What does http://status.o2.co.uk say for your masts ?

Your local mast is down. Why would you expect a speedtest to work?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Ok.

As I say keep checking your mast status and speak to O2 when it's good.

In the interim if on contract and you have home wifi look at using o2's Tugo app.

http://www.o2.co.uk/apps/tu-go

WhatsApp and Viber are interim alternatives too if the other parties have them downloaded too.
