3G/4G service

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have concerns regarding this as I live on the Isle of Skye and currently AGAIN in portree have NO 3G connection and for large parts of the south end of the island don’t even have GPRS,also can’t always be guaranteed to get a Wi-fi connection........surely in this day in age given 3G is a given for much of the UK and there are many o2 users in the highlands you could find a way to fix this!!!!!!!! Waste of my money paying a contract every month when so often I have no service to use it to its potential

All you can do is keep an eye on the status page. O2 don't give timescales unfortunately but if it's showing as a fault they are at least aware of it. Normally they will give a goodwill gesture for downtime once it's been fixed.
