I feel im paying a lot on my business account, and i do not really know why i am on a business account, i ve decided i want to go back to pay as you go , like my husband has with 02, he pays £10 a month gets unlimited calls and texts  and quite a big data, So what is the procedure to do this please

You will need to pay off your current contract, and if with the likes of Aerial Direct, it will need to be done through them

You then would be best placed to buy a PAYG sim card, and top it up, and then once your business contract has completed, contact o2 to migrate the number across
