wifi calling

[TP-2020]

Trying to set up wifi calling, on the o2 website its enabled but when i try to switch on my iphone it keeps saying i need to contact 02

any suggestions

followed all that

on my 02 account it says its enabled

on my phone it says i need to contact o2 and takes me to the website

sounds like you maybe on the wrong data Bolton make sure it's on iPhone data with WiFi calling in myo2, if that still fails you'll have to contact customer service(I recommend the Skype option and as easily as poss)

You need to call to have wifi enabled on your account @TP-2020 

Doing it through My O2 needs to be done after speaking to CS
