Just travelled back to UK and when I switched back to use my UK SIM (have dual Sim Esim + Sim Card) and wont connect to the O2 network.

When I check in settings it says iPhone Network Not Available > Phone not allowed.

Called O2 they say its a sim error, but I have tested the sim in another phone and it works and put another sim in my phone and that also works.

Seems like the combination of the O2 sim in the Iphone just wont work, really strange.

I have done the steps advised everywhere, reset network, restart phone, remove sim etc...... does not work

Dont really want to factory reset my phone but that seems like my last and only option

Any help would be great thanks

@Adamdf

Have you tried manually selecting the O2 network?

I'd go for a new sim first @Adamdf before a backup and reset.

Tested sim in another iPhone and works fine

I will try a new SIM as don't really want to wipe my phone

Not the solution, didn't fix but check IMEI and says My IMEI has status Blacklist: Reported Lost/Stolen/Non-Pay or Fraudulent

Which is strange must be something Todo with my tariff change whilst abroad as that is the only change I made.

Not a quic fix, from reading other posts o2 can take up to a week to resolve
