i just ordered new contract, can i change the payment date?

I just recently ordered a new phone and am still waiting on its arrival. i noticed the payment date each month falls on th 21st. is it possible to change the date as i get paid at the end of the month.

hi @Anonymous 

 

   You can change it but not straight away. After the first Direct debit is taken successfully all you have to do is ring customer services on 202 and they can change it to a more convenient date. Hope this helps:smileywink:
