cancelling a regular apple payment

I have been billed £4.99 for adblock I had with Apple but I no longer have any apple devices, the payment comes from O2, how do I cancel it please?

You need to cancel with Apple as O2 only pass on the charges received from them.

If o2 are charging you it is likely necessary for you to contact them. There are 2 ways here

If it suits you contact o2 customer services on social media here

they should be able to help you with this.
