16 months on my own o2 account and my server constantly stops serving at crucial moments, cannot send picture messages and even switched my phone off foe over 6 weeks last year as a test and still got charged over £60, why?
If you turned your phone off you would still be charged your monthly contract.
As for mms (picture messages) several things spring to mind: 1. Do you have mms provisioned on your account? 2. Are you in a 2g or 3g signal area? Mms struggle in 2g signal. 3. Mms are chargeable. Why not use alternatives such as whatsap or viber, Facebook messenger or similar that use either your data connection or wifi?
