Hello if anybody can help with this it would be much appreciated as it is driving me crazy. Few weeks ago fraud happend on my account and someone upgraded my account and took out an iphone 14 Pro Max to be delivered to another address that is not mine. I found out after I received text and email confirmation. I called O2 asap and they managed to get phone back from courier. However they also, I think mistakingly, blocked my existing iphone 7 Plus. The SIM works as I tested it in another phone. They said it could be bar on IMEI hence they filled out form of some sort and said wait 24 hours. I waited but still no service. In total I think I have called O2 customer services 5/6 times. They keep fiiling out this form and saying wait 24 hours but the phone never works. In the end I had to ask them to file a complaint but I have not heard from anyone still. I bought this phone from Apple years ago brand new but now I cannot use it even though it is in great condition. Its not like its a phone from o2 or anything.

Could someone please please help me and get my phone working again? Ive read similar problems in this community that have been resolved hence Im hoping this will get resolved this time.

Thank you in advance.

You may have blocked the phone so need the PUK.

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/unblock-your-phone

If having more issues then you do need to call O2 again.

Give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (Contract)

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

@Al_009

As you say sim works in another phone it's clearly a phone issue.

I'll ask @O2Sarah- to look into this for you

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Was this issue sorted? My phone has mistakenly been blacklisted but o2 have been no help at all. They keep advising that they have filled out a form and that it will be working within 24 hours. I have been advised this everyday this week now. This is a brand new iPhone 14 pro. The phone was not reported lost or stolen by myself. I have been without a phone for days now, the advisor I have spoken to today has said they are not lifting the blacklist but they cannot say why?
