New phone, data plan won’t attach to watch

I have recently upgraded from iPhone XS to iPhone 13. Transferred all of my data, unpaired my watch from my old phone and paired it with the new one. Everything has come on apart from my data plan.

 

It shows as a little orange i next to it and won’t let me add it to my watch.

 

any suggestions?

The little orange i means it's setup but it may take upto 24 hours to activate.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
