Hi

My phone has recently decided not to send messages to a mobile phone (my dads) that previously had no problem before.
It will make calls to the number and I'm able to receive messages from them. I've checked my message settings and blocked numbers.
After taking advice from one of the advisors on the chat option I reset my factory settings and asked my dad to remove his sim and still no hope!
Please can someone help me.
Thanks
H

It will be your dads phone that has blocked your number for texts, not yours, so it's his that needs checking.

I've checked his phone and he doesn't have anyone blocked.
Thank you though.

Have you checked both the phone app and the message app tho?
It's the only explanation based on the info you have given......
