Just got a 2nd hand Iphone

Anonymous

Hi there

Just bought a 2nd hand Iphone and topped up with £15 as I want it unlatched.  Sent off my request but it's bounced back saying that I didn't pass the security checks.  The only thing I can think of is that I haven't dialled anyone on it as I didn't want to use the credit up so the most frequent number doesn't exist.  Help......

Thanks

you need at least £15 on the phone then they will unlock the phone once you have made a couple chargeable calls & text so have at least £20 on the phone

You need to use the phone to register it on the network.

Yes, just use the to call a couple of people then allow 24 hours for the computer to update, but as above, make sure you still have 15 quid credit left for the unlock fee.
