I upgraded my Apple Watch yesterday and although I have a data plan with it the watch is telling me I haven’t a plan and the old watch plan is still showing in my account. I tried transferring but my watch isn’t recognised.

O2 need to remove your old one first.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
