Hi I have what appears to be a very common problem which doesn’t seem to have a solution. I have a cellular watch which goes all the way to the O2 activation screen but never completes. It says ring 202 quoting error 08 which I did after 24 hours but got no help. I have been to the Apple Store and had the watch checked out and no problems there. Also visited two stores and got no help there either. Is there any answer to this problem as I haven’t seen any.

@Doc68 I've tagged one of our advisors who will be on duty tomorrow morning

Keep an eye out for a message

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Any advice from anyone on this subject.
I don’t think there’s been any response so far.

Apple has released Apple Watch OS 9.3 today. The update has resolved my problem with not being able to connect to my AW Airtime Plan, which magically appeared in the Mobile Data section of the Watch app after the update.

Can’t believe how much of a shambles O2 customer support is. Nobody actually seems to know what to do. I have had this problem for two months now.

I’m getting nowhere either. O2 have reset the esim several times and I’ve reset the Apple Watch each time too. Getting really frustrated now. I’m paying for a watch and a service which doesn’t work. What’s going on?
