getting mobile data usage on my iphone 5

I had a blackberry on o2 monthly, just went in store today to get the sim put into an iphone i bought. All set up and works fine, but i can't get my mobile data to work. I've got the text message with the settings in but its still not connecting to my data. Help please slight_smile

Your data tariff won't have switched over yet (that's if it has even been requested) so you will be on either a BB or standard data tariff and you need to be on an iPhone tariff.
If it has been requested it will change over at midnight.
If it's not working tomorrow, call CS on 202 and ask them to change your data over to data for iPhone.

Data won't work unless you have the BB bolt on changed to I data.  It's a simple request so even live chat should be able to help. Then again, maybe best to call 202!
