We have recently changed my tariff to a monthly one with 5gb data. However I am not able to connect to my mobile data. Pls help.

Do you have the idata bolt on?

It should tell you in your myo2 if you have

Also the apn is idata.o2.co.uk

Same advice as above.

You can also text the word "active" to 2020.
