my galaxy 3 has stopped sending and receiving picture messages . when my attempt fails it says service not activated on network and then service response error. ???????

Text ACTIVE to 2020 and then reboot the phone after saving the settings. Try sending a picture message to yourself. If you still have problems check your APN settinggs. Are you P&G or pay monthly?

Hi, I am having EXACTLY the same problem!!! I have been onto o2 on "Chat". She reset my account at their end. I got them to email me the required settings and I have gone thru them to the letter.....I re started my Galaxy S3 after one hour all to no avail. Its been like it for months....what the hell is wrong!?!!!!!!!!

Yep, they're the same. Out of interest on the previous screen to that...APN's I have

O2 Mobile Web       highlighted with green dot

mobile.o2.co.uk

O2 Pay Monthly MMS

wap.o2.co.uk

I cannot un highlight the O2 Mobile web and select the Pay monthly APN  ?!

I am beginning to suspect I need a new sim! This has been going on a long time now
