Tu Go setup problem

Anonymous
Not applicable

I downloaded Tu Go and installed it on my Samsung Galaxy.  It has apparently been registered.  When I came to log in it asked for phone number and password but I had not setup a password and there had been no screen on which to do this.  I did get 3 SMS messages with 4 digit codes which did not work as passwords.  So I am locked out for 24 hours.  Any suggestions please?

Hi @Anonymous you could ring customer services and ask to be put through to the TuGo team....http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or just wait the 24 hrs and try again...

Alternatively you could delete the app and re-install...but I think ringing CS is your best option if honest..

Have you tried the forgotten password link after you enter your mobile number?

You have to set a password when you register. Without the password, you wouldn't get the access code.
