Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 Jellybean Update

I purchased the Tab 2 at the end of January and was told that the update to Jellybean would follow soon ( both display tablets in the store were running JB) as of today there is still no update and no-one seems to be able to give me an explaination as to why its not happening.... any ideas???

Yes, that's O2 firmware so you're waiting for them to release the update, sorry.

If your CSC is "O2U" there is no update from ICS yet. If your CSC is "OXA" Kies has an update waiting for you.

nope just 'build number' and kernel version ... no mention of csc ...am i being stupid? 🙂

Look for "baseband version" or "build number" the number should start P5110........
