New Phone sony Xperia z2

Hi I've just got the z2 and I'm trying to access the £80 of entertainment content that is promoted with the phone on the O2 phone details page. Do I need a code or should it be in the phone already? Very confused and chatted to a guru online but they weren't sure please help thanks

Another person here highlighted the offer had expired even though it was on o2's online shop.

As in the thread I've pasted in i'd suggest you also contact O2 Customer Service as the other OP has not returned to update their thread yet.

Yes speak to customer service. We can only relay what we have been told by another customer. Whether the offer has expired or not, it is still being advertised as part of the deal.

As advised you need to call customer services as you say it's still being advertised with it so if they say you don't get it I wouldn't accept that at all
