Heya 🙂
I've replied to Aaron via PM but for anyone else interested, we hope to receive software for testing over the next week or two so I hope to have more info to share with everyone sometime early September.

Is there any update yet on if/when the Flex will receive the Kitkat update as my phone is still rocking 4.2.2
4.2.2 was a good stable build - Avoid 4.3 if that is offered first and wait for 4.4 when that comes along....

Download the LG Support Application from their webpage. Remember O2 don't update these phones' firmware. It's worth noting unless you use that application, if anything goes wrong your warranty will be probably voided. Although they do have a dedicated flash utilty which isn't for public consumption.
I'm using 4.4.2 which includes DSP Audio fix along with other improvements.
