Try resetting the router by switching it off for a minute. Also reboot your phone at the same time.

What channel is your router on?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thanks but not successful. Click on my VM supplier, I connect, then it says authenticating but returns to disabled.

That would suggest you are entering he wrong password.
Double check it and remember it is case sensitive too.

@Becksey It shouldn't matter which phone provider you have for WiFi or which phone. Call Virgin customer service. It's their router you're having the problem with.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

On the phone, press and hold your wifi connection and then select forget. Then try putting in your password again.
