Hotspot WiFi Connection issue

Anonymous
Not applicable

When connecting to a hotspot I entered an incorrect digit of my number so the code to use wifi has been sent to the wrong number.I am stuck on the screen telling me that my code has been sent to this number and i can't amend this, nor can i get the wifi network to forget my device. I have tried other wifi locations and I have even reset the phone to factory settings, all to no avail. Can anyone offer assistance please?

It doesn't matter.

O2 wifi is free for everyone, but I suspect you will need to call CS to get your number added now.

Use the landline 03 number to call them off the link I gave you.
