Help with outgoing calls

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi, I've a galaxy s4. last week I travelled within the UK but I had no signal anywhere except data in some places. My battery has recently started munching battery and dying with zero usage within 6hrs. I don't have GPS on, or Bluetooth, or backlight etc. I have switched it on and off. I have tried network settings. I can't make outgoing calls. So I can't ring O2. I've been messed around on the live chat and now at the end of my tether. I work long hours and not near an O2 shop so I can't just pop in. Please can somebody help? I can't think anything has changed? rey

Could be a swollen battery but I think there may be other issues too.
Best to contact Samsung and get them to look at it for you.

Well I certainly won't  be (able to) ring them! Or find an O2 guru live!

Thank you for your response.

You can email them too if you have no other phone to call on http://www.samsung.com/uk/info/contactus.html

Personally I wouldn't even bother with the O2 Guru. Samsung are by far your best bet wink
