'Forwarded Call' when phone rings.

Whenever my Galaxy A3 rings the message 'Forwarded Call' appears a second or so the phone actually rings? What does this mean?

I do indeed have TuGo on my Galaxy Tab S tablet, and I tend to use that for texts during the day if I am at my desk - that must explain it then!!

I get this when dialling out on a regular basis ..... & ..... I usually ignore it, as my call, most often, but not always, goes to the recipient anyway, but it is confusing

I have a non-smartphone = Nokia 515 & do not have tugo

I really don't wish to appear to be spoon-fed
