When I'm at home I have no signal, but when people call me they say it's normal ringing. However my phone doesn't ring as I don't have signal.

Any ideas?

Sounds like it's connecting via TU in some way otherwise callers would just get notification that the number is unavailable.

No tablet or anything.

So I've enabled call forwarding on the phone, and tugo is currently uninstalled so will see how it goes later

I hope you turned off VM in Tugo before deleting it?
