I've just looked at my bill and noticed £5 for a bolt-on I've no idea what one is and it appeared on bills from January. I don't think I asked for one. Any advice?

Hi @Anonymous

We dont have access to your account so would have no idea what the bolt on is. You would need to contact Customer Services to ask..
