Unable to send text messages

Hi

I haven't been able to send any texts today, they just come up as failed. I have been trying to free up some memory on my Galaxy Ace so may possibly have moved or deleted (accidentally) something. Any ideas?

Go into your message settings and check the message centre number. Make sure the full number is present including the plus sign.

Message service centre settings

• +447802000332 for Pay Monthly
• +447802092035 for Pay & Go

Hello,,

my number has been ported over from virgin media to O2.

I can send text messages to others except for one number.

I have re-started my phone and problem remains.

My phone is a Samsung S23 plus. Android level patch is the latest.

If that doesn't help then you probably need a new sim. Best way is to visit your local O2 shop with ID and they will change sim for you.

I also can not send text messages. I can receive text as well as receiving and making calls. However I can not send any text messages
