As for your top up query, you shouldn't lose the credit but if you top up before the number is ported, your anniversary date will be when you top up so you may lose a couple of days. Personally I would wait until the port is completed.

Because thats the automated top up line. You need to call 4445 if you want to speak to someone.... However if the port is not complete there are other numbers in the contact us link already given...Also live chat is an option if all else fails.
