Hey all,

We understand the frustrations many Note II owners have had, waiting for KitKat to arrive. KitKat for this device has been available for a while now, though the existing version did unfortunately have some large Bluetooth bugs. At O2 we want user experience to be perfect before releasing updates - and we're please to let you know that the new update is now live on KIES and OTA - and has those existing bluetooth bugs ironed out.

Fire up KIES now or download through the device - please do let us know your thoughts once you've updated... Noticed any new features, performance increases, extended battery life? Let us know! 🙂
