If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
You can call O2 on 202

Hello! I have cancelled the bolt on but here’s a summary of what happened.
So, I went into MyO2 looking for a bolt on that I can use and I used the NGTR Bolt On and for some reason I tried calling my friend and it did not work. I tried over 3 people and did not work. I couldn’t call no one. Please fix this NGTR Bolt on. Thanks!
(I tried to activate it but I’m not sure if it was the right number.)
