Verification Codes, Bank Notifications not coming through

Always been an 02 customer and just upgraded to Samsung A35. Used to get verification codes via texts and bank notifications but since switching to a new phone they aren't coming through. I have checked the usual and still not coming through. Please help.

It could be you have spam settings on as these will trap text messages including the very insecure OTP texts... 

If not then  you will need to speak to o2, If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
