hi i wrote a few weeks ago and got a reply with a number i can text to see how many minutes and texts i have left, the problem is that still when i sign in on my o2 i still carnt see these and i have no way of checking my bill or how much data i have left as it doesnt show can someone help me please

Is this from a pc or a phone or both?

If it's the O2 App try re-installing it.

If it's web browser on your pc try clearing the cache or using a different browser.

If both you need to call O2 and get then to check it for you.
