Sim swap and my new s6 edge problem

I've just received my upgrade - s6 edge. I've sim swapped but it won't work in the new phone - emergency calls only. i tried the sim in my current phone (an S4) and it works fine in there. I've waited, turned it off and on again several times, retried the sim; but nothing. Clearly it works as it's now in my current phone. The old sim is dead now.

I've tried o2 but they don't seem to be able to help other than return the phone. Any ideas?

Personally I would take the phone and sim to your nearest O2 store and get them to do the swap for you...or provide a new sim. I did mine this way.....and it was a 10 minute job start to finish...

You need to contact cs on 202 or visit a store as Cleoriff said.
You may need to exchange the handset if they fail to get the Sim to work

If the sim works in the other phone it points to a handset problem.
