Hello 

 

My phone was stolen on Tuesday at work and I called o2 about replacing the sim card with the same number they said they will send a new one. When checking online it says order status complete? What does this mean because I've not recieved my new SIM card yet

It means they have dispatched it

It will be with Royal Mail hopefully delivered tomorrow's post
