Hi there, there are a number of charges I don’t recognise on my bill. They are all going to iTunes or Apple which I don’t use? Are you able to look in to this for me please?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@Bex16

You need to speak to Apple as O2 just pass on charges from them.

O2 won't know what they are.

Charges would have been passed to O2 via Apple. You need to check there

https://support.apple.com/en-gb/108092

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
