Ok after "smooth" process of getting my new monthly sim delivered late, now im here again because my number has not been ported yet. i gave my pac code when I ordered and yesterday after i put my new sim again before 6pm. why is everything such a hassle with O2 when all the network i've used before have been smooth process?

Ports don't happen over the weekend so best guess will be tomorrow now.

Check with O2 if they have actioned the request.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
