Solved: My phone hasn't been delivered

Can anyone help I upgraded my phone 3 days ago the day after it said it was out for delivery and today it said it had been delivered but I've been in work none of my neighbours have it it's not anywhere but the picture of it been delivered has a door open !!!!! Anyone any advise
