Also if i was able to get money together to pay off my device plan thats left owning on my phone does that me ive just payed the phone of or does it mean i payed off the actual o2 contract. Any help will be greatfull and thank you in advance 😊

You can only pay off the device plan. The device is then yours which you can sell if you wish. Once the device is paid off you can cancel the airtime with no further costs.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If any of your devices are on Refresh...yes you can pay that off early...However if you are having problems with your current bills you need to ring O2 Cs and ask if they can devise a payment plan as your situation has changed http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

If your tariff is an O2 refresh it means if you pay off the device plan you are free to do whatever you want with the contract . Also It's one DD less every month :). You can turn it into a Pay and go or even cancel. Hope this helps slight_smile

If you could get the money together to pay off the device then that would be very much the best option. Give notice to end the airtime or transfer to P&G which would automatically end the contract and produce a final bill. Hope all goes well for you.
