For the past few months, I've been dealing with a serious issue on my O2 account. There's an incorrect default and missed payment listed that shouldn't be there. I've spent countless hours on the phone, frustratedly transferred between different agents who all promised they'd fix it. However, the mistake persists on my credit report, significantly lowering my score. This has had a real negative impact on my life, making it difficult to secure loans and even book wedding venues because of my seemingly poor creditworthiness.

The most recent advice I received from O2 was to contact their amendment team. I followed their instructions and sent an email explaining the situation, but haven't received any confirmation that they even received it. At this point, I'm feeling very discouraged and concerned about the lasting impact this mistake could have on my financial situation

@MI5 do you have any other advice? A week later and I’ve heard nothing at all not even a confirmation of them looking into it. I’ve spent 6 hours this week on the phone just to be told there’s no payment to be made and to contact the amendment team… which then ignore me 💀
