I'm running low on funds this month, and thought i had enough to cover the surprise bills that like to come out a few days before payday. Everything went fine for all my other bills except for o2, which the bank did the direct debit for, but then sent the money back to me on the same day (Today 25/09/13). I was under my overdraft limit, so it should have gone out fine (have no idea why the bank did this). I won't be paid until 27th, will the o2 direct debit go straight out of my account again once i have the funds available, or do i need to arrange another way to pay this month?

Hi,

Ring o2 on

Contract Customers.

From your O2 mobile 202 Free

From a landline 0844 809 0202 5p / min

PAYG Customers.
From your O2 mobile 4445 25p per call

From a landline 0844 809 0222 5p / min

They will typically try to take the direct debit again so speak to them asap.

Discuss the situation and perhaps move your direct debit to a little after when you get paid your salary is an idea.

Hope all goes well.
